Michael J. Snider, Esq. is the managing member and founder of the Law Offices of Snider & Associates, LLC, a Baltimore-based firm concentrating in servicing the legal needs of Federal employees worldwide.

The firm has about 40 dedicated service providers, including seven attorneys with over 60 years of combined experience. The firm handles EEO Complaints, MSPB Appeals, Grievance/Arbitrations for Federal Unions, and class action overtime cases. The firm also handles personal injury, criminal defense cases and is rolling out a pre-paid legal type of program designed specifically for Federal Employees.

Mr. Snider has successfully represented employees denied promotions, subjected to a hostile work environment because of their race, gender, disability or religion, and recovered nearly $100 million in backpay and damages for employees.

Mr. Snider trains Union officials in EEO Complaints, Arbitration Hearings and MSPB Appeals and Hearings. He has lectured at conferences as an expert in sexual harassment and in disability discrimination law.
